We’re a fiercely independent studio which means we get to choose projects that excite and inspire us.
We used to be part of a bigger agency but set up on our own to pursue our own creative goals rather
than create flashy stuff to make people buy things they don’t really need.
Since we started in 2019, we’ve survived clients going bust, BREXIT, COVID, rent hikes, inflation,
inept governments, and soaring interest rates. During that time, we’ve made over 100 films, written
and produced our first IP project, developed two more, eaten thousands of burritos, and hopefully
created work that’s done some good too.
BAFTA nominated
Our preschool series Ready Eddie GO earned a BAFTA nomination,
which was a huge moment for the team. It reflects what we try to do every day: create meaningful,
well crafted films that connect with audiences.
We’re now an established studio with a long track record of animation for global brands, broadcasters,
tech companies, healthcare organisations, charities, and agencies. We work with a close network of
specialist directors and artists, and our in-house team covers every part of the process from
storyboards and design to animation, lighting, and compositing.
Collaboration matters to us. The variety we crave means we love working with specialist directors and artists on individual projects. A great example of this is our recent collaboration with Troy Browne for UNHCR. Troy is a brilliantly talented director with a distinctive style and he worked closely with our in-house illustrators and animators over several months to bring this four minute film to life.
There are some great animation studios in London and New York and we’re proud to be among them, always trying to improve on what’s come before. We do this because we love it and that passion is what drives us to deliver outstanding work. More than that, we believe in enjoying the journey.
